The New Education Policy 2020(NEP) departs from traditional rate learning and calls for a comprehensive structural change in our existing educational system to cater to the education challenge for the future ready generation in making T.N.C. Govt. Junior College, Kovur has launched intensified intermediate program, This program will be a game changer to elevate the standards of learning and transform academic learning into competitive learning.
Sri S.A. Sikindar Basha, Post Graduate in chemistry from S.K. University, Anantapur with IV rank and also Post Graduate in Education. Trained in e-governance by Indian school of business (I SB Hyderabad) under e-pragathi completed the course “leadership” by NPTEL.
He worked as Mandal Education Officer from 1994-1998 during this period he awarded as best MEO, from District Collector, Nellore. From 1998 to 2017 worked as Junior Lecturer in Chemistry in different Govt. Junior Colleges. In the year 2010 awarded as best Lecturer by District Collector, Nellore. In the year 2012 awarded as Best Teacher by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. From 2017 to 2019 worked as Deputy Secretary in Board of Intermediate Education, A.P.
He wrote many articles related to education in various Magazines & News Papers.
